Villas at Tabor — a TT Communities property

Fairfield Tabor LP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) owns Villas at Tabor, a residential apartment community at 200 E Tabor Avenue, Fairfield, California 94533, and manages it under the TT Communities name. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our property management operations, including SMS (text message) communications with residents.
We collect information that residents provide to us directly:
Name, mailing address, and date of birth
Mobile phone number and email address
Employment and income information (for rental applications)
Emergency contact information

Residents provide their mobile phone number on their rental application and lease agreement. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the property, with:

We retain resident information for the duration of the tenancy and for a reasonable period afterward, as required by applicable law and for legitimate business purposes such as tax records, security deposit accounting, and potential dispute resolution.
Residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting property management using the details below. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
